Apartment hunting and paperwork

Well the most recent step in getting ready for the coming adventures (teaching summer camp, and moving to Austria) has been packets of paperwork.  Which really means lots of procrastinating by making 6 Fascinators (for those not in the know- they're small hats/clips with flowers or feathers and a small veil).  What does one do with that many Fascinators you may ask... well I haven't quite figured that out yet.  I like them, but I don't have too many places where I can wear them.  I used some of my leftover fascinator supplies to make a cat toy, so I can now further my procrastination by playing with the cats.  I've put Holstein in a strict training program so he can start being a real cat and catching mice, so far he's still a chubby useless cat, who wouldn't chase a mouse if it ran into him.  I'm not exaggerating, I've seen it nearly happen, and he didn't even twitch a paw.

Anyway, this week I've been subbing a lot, so while the kids are doing their work I do my paperwork.  Of course that's only if the kids are behaving, which hasn't been the case so much this week, I think they may be injecting meth into their eyes before they come to class.  Either that, or they suspect the end is near (of the world, or the school year, your choice!), and want nothing more than to get out of school.

I just have a few small things to fill in, one of which is where I'l be living next year... no biggie!  Except that I'm really not sure how to go about getting an apartment in a small town over the internet.  And then theres the fact that I have to do it all in German, which means that I'm starting to learn German real estate terms.  I'd prefer to rent from a realtor, since that'll be even more expensive than everything is already looking... but it might come to that.  A lot of people have told me to make sure I get a decent sized place, because they want to visit, so I'm thinking about starting a rent collection.  Most of the places I've found online in my budget are pretty small, but if my visitors are willing to chip in I could fit a pull out couch in most of the apartments!  Talk about comfort and luxury! ;)

Well that's all for now, off to go wear myself out some more (story of my week, and it's not over yet!).
