Can't go back to Constantinople!

I didn't realize that I've been so slow at uploading pictures to my Smugmug account!  When I went to upload my Istanbul pictures I realized that I haven't loaded any pictures since February.  By the end of today (hopefully) there will be two new albums- one for this spring, and one for Istanbul.  I don't think I'll have time to caption them until Friday though, so no rush in checking them out! ;)

I was also going to upload a short video here of the call to prayer from the Blue Mosque... but the video uploader seems to hate me.  On Thursday while sitting in the park below the palace we heard the call to prayer start at a nearby mosque, and then another started and then another- it ended up being a nearly constant round for about 5 minutes, sometimes fading to nearly nothing, sometimes loud and clear and eventually fading out completely.  It was a pretty incredible thing to hear, wish I had a recording of that!

Anyway, maybe I'll try to post the video on Smugmug...
